I got this costume for Halloween for my three year old. It is really cute and my daughter loved it. However, the straps are not sown into the back of the dress. Instead, they are fastened by velcro which comes off over and over again. Very frustrating. Safety pins do work but I feel a little more work should have been put into doing better in the manufacture of this garment.
