Elope Steampunk Kit Female+ Review

It's pretty cheap plastic, the choker is clunky looking, the hat has a clear plastic band, and the sunglasses are small. I only bought it for the hat, so I'm not going to put up a stink, but for the price this is absolutely fantastic. I was looking to pay about 20$ or under for a hat, and that's all I'm going to use, so I'm fairly pleased with it.
