This costume is exactly as pictured. It is high quality and fit my ten year old son perfectly (we bought a size 12). The hat was a little squished, but we were able to steam out the creases. We bought a silver tipped cane separately for $10 and the costume looks terrific. It's very authentic...the perfect "Interview with the Vampire" look (just like Lestat). The costume is velveteen, satin, and brocade, with polyester pants and comes on a hanger in a suit bag. Nice and warm for Trick-or-Treating. We are very happy with our purchase.
