Little Adventures 11153 Cinderella Princess Costume (Ages 5-7) + Free Hair Bow Review

I have purchased two Little Adventures branded dress for my daughter. Compared to the alternatives out there, I think they are a great option.

The first dress we bought was the Belle dress in the 3-5 years size. We bought the dress when my daughter was 3 1/2 and wearing 3-4T's. At that point, the dress was a little big, but fit cute. She's now 4 1/2 and wearing girls size XS or 5T. The dress still fits, but is snug, so I ordered a size up to the 5-7 size for the Cinderella dress (which is now a little big and has some room to grow into). She wore the Belle dress for Halloween, on a trip to Disney world and probably about once a week at home playing dress up. She plans to be Cinderella this year for Halloween and to wear the dress again on our next trip to Disney.

My comments regarding these dresses are:
1- They're adorable. My daughter got so many compliments when she wore these at Disney World. In my opinion they look classier than the disney branded dresses you can buy at Target or Walmart.

2- They're full length. If your child is short, you may have to hem the dress. The dress pretty much hit the ground whenever my daughter wore it, but that just meant that she could wear stretch pants and gym shoes underneath without them showing up in pictures. The dress did drag on the ground a little, but she's never tripped on it.

3 - They're machine washable. We have washed these dresses probably 10-20 times (on gentle cycle and dried with low heat) without any damage to the dress. To me, this is a huge plus as the other dresses on the market aren't machine washable. My daughter has gotten ice cream, paints, ketchup and cotton candy on her dress and all of them washed out without a problem.

4- There's no glitter! There are some sparkly parts, with sequins or glittery thread, but when we put this dress into our suitcases to bring it to Disney world, there was no glitter all over the place.

5- They're easy to get on and off. No difficult buttons or zippers and the waist is elastic to stretch comfortably.

6- They're lightweight. My daughter wore the dress over her clothes in Disney World (probably 80-85�F) and wasn't super hot.

I would highly recommend these dresses, whether it be for Halloween, to meet princesses at Disney or just for pretend play. I would like to comment that we've never used the hair bow and I wish they came with a tiara instead, but those are easy to find to accessorize.
