Costume was poor quality. As a matter of fact the invoice and custom declaration valued the item at 21.99 in USD. Also it did not fit like a custom made garment which is the order description online. The invoice statement says "costume sample" which this obviously is. I would never do busines with this company again. They are committing fraud and should not be allowed to do business in the US. They are making amazon look bad to the customer. Cost was 5 times the value. What a disappointment.
