My 2-year-old will be a witch this year for Halloween, but most of the witch costumes I've seen are of the "frilly" variety. Nothing wrong with that per se, but I wanted to find a "witchy" witch costume, if that makes sense. I thought this fit the bill, but when I received it, I was very disappointed. The sleeves and skirts have a fluffy trim that is very cheap looking, and the sleeves are made with a very sheer, mesh material. It did not look appropriate for a toddler (who knows, maybe I am just a prude). I ended up keeping the hat (which also isn't the greatest, but the quality is better than others I've seen -- and it's only 1 day -- hence 2 stars) and scrapping the dress.
