Be forewarned, this costume runs a bit small. I'm a size 10 in most clothes now (gained some weight in the last year :/) I ordered the large which is a size 10-12 and it's a bit skintight. So don't plan on having any large meals while you're wearing this. I don't think a size 12 woman would fit this. Most costumes do run on the small side though, so in reality this is really a size medium that they are marketing as a large. I would recommend get a size bigger if you want a bit more room. Halloween costumes are also a bit thinner than regular clothes so, I would also recommend wearing something underneath this, a slip or spanks because it is so form fitting you can see every little detail (unless you're into that). Otherwise, really cute and decently made.
