I purchased the gold/black version of this mask. It appears to be made of strong reinforced plastic which gives it a slight flexibility but not so much that it deforms in the least. The black ribbon straps are also reinforced where they're attached and don't seem like they'll be coming off any time soon. The glitter and paint are adhered well and do not flake off on their own. It fans out a little large on my face but sits properly across the bridge of my nose when tied at a comfortable tension. I wore this mask for over three hours and my only real issue was a complete lack of peripheral vision, which is to be expected with most masks. I receive a number of complements so this is definitely a great value buy.
