First, I start with 3 and go up or down based on experience inclusive of price/value. This item is what one would expect of a costume (i.e., so so quality). Issue is my 12 year old daughter, who is pretty skinny but a bit tall, found the skirt too small and wore shorts under it. Would be a 2 start for this time but she really like the costume and won a costume contest category at school for it. This would make it a 4 start. So, I settled on 3 stars.
